We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns and exchanges are only permitted under the following conditions:
Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items
We will fully support returns or exchanges for items that:
Do not match the product description (wrong item, incorrect material, wrong size)
Are received torn, dirty, wet, or with defective/hairy fabric
Have visible print defects, such as blurring or incorrect placement
Show damage, such as peeling prints, after the first wash
Incorrect Size
If the product you received does not match the size guide (a discrepancy of more than 1.5") from standard measurements, we will assist you with the return or exchange.
Non-Fitting Items
Returns or exchanges are accepted for non-fitting items.

Damage Caused During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong items due to shipping issues, please:
Check the package carefully upon delivery
Immediately return defective items to the courier, or
Contact us within 30 days for prompt support
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product falls under one of the eligible reasons listed above
The item shows no signs of use, retains neck label, and is in original packaging
Request submitted within 30 days from delivery date
🌍 For orders shipped outside the US: Defective or unwanted items are supported within 60 days of delivery

Provide the following information:
Order Details: Include your order number and relevant information
Photos of Packaging Label: Clearly show the shipping label
Photos of the Issue: Highlight damaged, faulty, or incorrect aspects
For wrong-sized items: Include photos of actual measurements (width and length)
Replacement Details: Specify the item you wish to receive
📸 Note: For multiple items, provide photos/videos of all items placed side by side on a flat surface
Verification & Resolution
Once we verify your claim, we will issue a refund or resend the replacement to your address within 7 business days.
You do NOT need to return the original package unless instructed
Replacements will be of equal or higher value
