A Reporting Infringements

Bluprinter respects the intellectual property of others, and asks our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide [email protected] the following information in writing pursuant to the DMCA:

Required Information (see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act):

a

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest

b

A specific description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim to be infringing (if multiple works have been infringed, please provide a list with specific descriptions)

c

A specific description of the location where the material that you claim to be infringing is located in Bluprinter (sufficient to permit Bluprinter to locate the material)

d

Your address, telephone number and email address

e

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent or the law

f

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf

What Happens Next

Once a proper infringement notification is received by Bluprinter's Legal Department, Bluprinter may remove or disable access to the infringing material. When removing or disabling access, Bluprinter will make reasonable attempts to inform the allegedly infringing user and may provide a copy of the notice.

⚠️ Important: If you fail to comply with all of the aforementioned Notice requirements in writing, your Notice may not be valid and Bluprinter may ignore such incomplete or inaccurate notices without liability. Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

B Responding To Infringements

If you believe that your work has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, please provide [email protected] with the following information in writing pursuant to the DMCA:

Required Information for Counter Notice (see Section 512(g)(3) of the Copyright Act):

a

A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber of Bluprinter

b

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal

c

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

d

The subscriber's name, address, telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court (or appropriate judicial district outside the US) and will accept service of process from the complaining party or their agent

Counter Notice Process

If a Counter Notice is received by Bluprinter's Legal Department, Bluprinter may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright or intellectual property owner files an action seeking a court order against you, the removed material may be replaced (or access restored) in approximately 10 business days after receipt of the Counter Notice, at the sole discretion of Bluprinter's Legal Department.
