Who we are

Data we collect
- Account: name, email, and a password hash if you register.
- Orders: shipping address, items, totals, and payment references from Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full card number.
- Support: messages you send to [email protected] or through Order help.
- Device data: browser type, coarse location derived from IP, and cookie identifiers needed to run the cart and to measure ads when those tools are turned on.
How we use it
We use this data to take payment, produce and ship orders, prevent fraud, answer support, and meet tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. If you are a California resident, you may still email [email protected] with the subject “Do not sell or share my personal information” and we will treat that as an opt-out of any sale or share as those words are used in the CCPA/CPRA.
Tracking tools
When the matching ID is configured in the store settings, the site may load:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads conversion measurement, if a Google tag is enabled
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Pinterest Tag
These tools set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and ad conversions. You can block them in your browser, and you can email [email protected] to ask us to delete the account and order contact data we hold, except records we must keep for tax, fraud, or accounting.
Who receives data
Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), the production partner that prints and ships your order, and the email provider that sends order messages. They may use the data only to perform that work.
EEA and UK
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest in running the marketplace. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected].
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages are kept while the ticket is open and for a limited period after it closes.
