Bluprinter products are printed to order. This page and the Returns & exchanges page say the same thing. Checkout and this page use US dollars (USD).
Change of mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or no longer want the design. Custom items are made for that order and cannot be resold as stock.
Cancel before we print
Email [email protected] with your order number before production starts and we will cancel the order and refund what you paid. After production has started, a custom order cannot be cancelled.
Our errors
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if:
- the print is defective or the item is damaged in transit,
- we sent the wrong item, or
- the product does not match the product page, including a size that does not match the published size chart.
Include your order number and clear photos. You choose a free reprint or a refund of the item price and the shipping you paid for that item. You do not mail the item back unless we email a return authorization and a return address. If we ask for that return, we pay the return postage. We do not ask you to photograph a tape measure as a condition of help.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we approve the request. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
