What we do not take back
Made-to-order apparel and gifts are not returnable for change of mind, a size you selected, or a design you approved at checkout.
What we fix
Print defects, damage in transit, the wrong item, and a product that does not match its page are our responsibility. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. We reprint at no charge or refund the item and its shipping. You keep the item unless we email a return authorization. If we do, we pay the return shipping and we name the address in that email. Do not ship anything to the Austin registered address on your own.
Refund timing
The refund is sent to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
