1. Who you are buying from
Bluprinter is a small print-on-demand marketplace operated by Bluprinter LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, Texas 78731, USA. Independent sellers list designs. Placing an order is a purchase from Bluprinter LLC. Seller payout rules are only in the Seller Agreement. They do not change your rights as a buyer.
2. What you are buying
Items are printed to order after payment. Product pages describe the item, the options, and the price in USD. The cart shows the item total, shipping, and any tax before you pay.
3. Accounts
You may check out with the account tools on the site. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your sign-in details private. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Shipping, cancellation, and refunds
Shipping times and charges are in the Shipping Policy. Cancellation and refunds are in the Refund Policy. Those pages control if they conflict with a short slogan elsewhere on the site.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload or order illegal content or content that infringes copyright or trademark. See the Intellectual Property Policy.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bluprinter LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under the law of your state or country.
7. Law
These customer terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
